Vessel Hands
Counseling
Vessel Hands Counseling was founded on the belief that healing happens in relationship.
Together, we’ll create a space where all parts of your experience are welcome.
Through collaboration, authenticity, and a commitment to honoring your strengths, we’ll work toward goals that feel meaningful to you.
Are you carrying more than you can hold alone?
Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, Vessel Hands can offer a space to set some of that weight down and re-examine it.
What services do you offer?
I provide individual and family telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges.
Family therapy may include parents and adult children, caregivers and adolescents, or other family relationships where participants are interested in strengthening connection and understanding.
I also co-facilitate a weekly trans youth group which meets in Portland.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going or the perfect package of words before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply extending a hand.
Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, connection, or change, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
Who do you work with?
I work with adolescents, young adults, adoptees, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, neurodivergent clients, and families navigating life’s challenges and transitions.
We may be a good fit if you or your child are exploring your identity, unpacking difficult experiences from the past, struggling with life transitions, or are exploring how experiences of discrimination, marginalization, and systemic inequities have shaped your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
